These terms explain the practical boundaries for using Kihya Camera. Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region continue to apply.

01Agreement and scope
These Terms apply to Kihya Camera for iOS and Android and the public website at camera.kihya.com. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Store terms from Apple or Google may also apply.
02License to use the app
Kihya grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on supported devices for lawful personal or business photography. You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer where prohibited, bypass security, or use the app to infringe another person's rights.
03Your photos and videos
You retain ownership of the photos and videos you create. Kihya does not claim a license to media merely because it was captured, filtered, edited, watermarked or saved with the app. When you share media, you are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the subject, location, music, artwork or other content shown.
04Storage, permissions and backups
The app depends on device hardware, operating-system permissions, available storage and the system photo library. You decide whether to save processed photos, optional original photos and metadata. A completed video that has not yet reached the photo library may remain temporarily in private app storage for recovery until it is saved or deleted. Keep independent backups of important media. Removing the app does not necessarily remove saved system-library items.
05Acceptable use
Do not use the app to violate law, privacy, publicity, copyright or other rights; to secretly record where prohibited; to distribute harmful or unlawful material; or to interfere with the app, stores or related infrastructure. You are responsible for following local camera, audio-recording and location rules.
06Third-party services
Operating-system sharing, Apple App Store, Google Play and Firebase Analytics are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Kihya does not control recipient apps selected through the share sheet.
07Updates and availability
Features, supported devices, filters and interfaces may change to improve quality, security or platform compatibility. Some video modes depend on device capabilities. We may discontinue a feature or the app with reasonable notice where practicable.
08Warranty and liability
The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every device, camera combination or third-party service will always work without interruption. Kihya is not liable for indirect or consequential loss beyond what applicable law permits. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
09Kihya intellectual property
Kihya, Kihya Camera, Kihya characters, the app icon, interface icons, filter names, filter graphics, LUTs, watermark and website design are trademarks, registered marks and copyrighted works owned by or licensed to Kihya Co., Ltd. These Terms do not transfer those rights. Store screenshots or press coverage may use them only as reasonably necessary to identify the unmodified app.
10Law, changes and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protection in your place of residence. Material changes will be posted with a new update date. Questions may be sent to help@kihya.com.
